The Client
SweatHouz, a rapidly growing sauna and cold-plunge franchise expanding across the United States. As the franchise scaled, headquarters and individual franchisees needed consistent, reliable reporting to understand operational performance — but data was scattered across 7 different sources with no unified view.
The Project
VisionWrights built operational scorecards and marketing reporting for use by both headquarters and franchisees. We used Fivetran, Snowflake, and Tableau to centralize data from 7 different sources into a single, governed reporting environment. Beyond the technical build, we helped advise and coach SweatHouz's internal analytics team — standing up SWHZ's own capabilities for ongoing maintenance and iteration.
The solution was designed for a franchise model: row-level security ensures each franchisee sees only their own data, while the corporate team sees everything. This approach scales naturally as new locations open without requiring new dashboards or manual access management.
The Result
SweatHouz now has a single dashboard with row-level security, allowing appropriate people to see only their data while providing a single source of truth for the corporate team. Equally important, SweatHouz's internal team is now self-reliant in the management of their data and analytics programs — they own it going forward.
