CareerPlug, a hiring software platform that helps franchises and multi-location businesses standardize and streamline recruiting and retention. They support over 60,000 business owners and serve more than 600 franchisors and member-based organizations. CareerPlug needed analytics that could be embedded directly into their product for both customers and partners.
The Project
VisionWrights leveraged operational analytics for embedding customer and partner-facing reporting solutions within CareerPlug's own SaaS product. The work went beyond standard reporting — we built analytics that highlighted potential churn and developed a playbook for reducing that risk. The embedded approach created alignment and cost efficiency by keeping analytics within the product experience rather than as a separate tool.
The challenge was designing analytics for two distinct audiences — CareerPlug's direct customers (employers) and their partners (franchisors and organizations) — with different data needs, different access levels, and different definitions of success.
The Result
CareerPlug now has a robust and well-developed analytics program that is integral to their product offering — including analytics that highlight potential churn and a playbook for reducing that risk.
